This app is SOO buggy and tech support from broker dealer has no idea how to fix inability to login and deposit checks. Best advice, try another device. Am I supposed to have a spare IPhone laying around for a buggy app? 🤬
It used to work up until a few months ago. Now I can't login. It keeps erasing a letter off username
Will not recognize user name and/or legitimate password that incidentally work just fine on my laptop. This has been an agonizing repetition for the last 3 years.
Poor, buggy, unreliable. Ridiculous when you consider how important it is to deposit funds for a client and it takes a half hour to connect/allow access.
i have for a long time found this app to NOT be of much use, and now it does NOT let me login even though i can do so on my laptop... NOT RECOMMENDED
I have to agree with all the other reviews. This app is useless. It worked for two weeks and now I can't log on at all
